Dave is great!!! Excellent communication, he really knows everything about digital locks. He understood exactly what we needed and gave us the best and simplest solution.

Karen kept up with the paperwork at lightening speed.  Very impressed and I am a picky customer!

Amazing service by Dave - he came to my home really promptly after I emailed. He efficiently fixed few issues I had with our timber joinery doors not shutting or locking properly - they had never been right when installed and so it had been driving me crazy for many years. He also installed and set up a digital door lock. I thought he would just come and quote to do the work, but he ended up dealing with everything on the spot. Eastern Bays Mobile Locksmiths provide quality work at a very reasonable price, and are very responsive and reliable.  I recently called them when my elderly Mum had a faulty door handle/latch on her bathroom and was at risk of being trapped. Dave responded very quickly and replaced the door handle with a safe one that her arthriticky hands will have no trouble with. Today I lost my key to my home and felt very disturbed as to how to get in. I called Eastern Bay Mobile Locksmiths and was greeted by Dave.  He was absolutely wonderful.  He comforted me immediately as he could hear that I was quite stressed.  His manner was so lovely and he said he would come right away and was at my door very soon after.  He was instantly onto the job and managed to quickly gain entry much to my relief.  His manner was delightful and I highly highly commend him and his work.  He absolutely made my day, my week, and I am so grateful for his comforting manner and prompt action.    I have been extremely impressed by the service given to me today. Absolutely sensational service from Eastern Bays Mobile Locksmiths yesterday. I called Dave and within 30 minutes he was at my home and checked and fixed all my locks.Would highly recommend them. Very professional. 10/10 !
